I told them that I need a dependable car for my business. He even got a new transmission put in for me from the dealer. I now have a 100,000 mile warranty from the dealer on the transmission. There was a couple things here and there wrong but he offered to fix it immediately no extra charge. He is the perfect representation of great customer service ! I am naturally very picky and head strong with regard to knowing exactly what I do not want. The owner of N2Automotive LLC helped me find exactly what I did want in a used vehicle. He was patient with all of my requests and sent multiple choices for my review until finally I found one that felt right. Because of the unique nature of the services offered by N2Automotive (auction and online buying) I was extremely skeptical of purchasing a used vehicle without first test driving it myself. The owner assured me that all would be well, and he delivered on that promise. After finding the vehicle I wanted, he drove 2 hours away to pick it up in order to test the condition of the vehicle on the road during the drive back to Phoenix. Before delivering the vehicle to me, being that he is also a mobile mechanic, he made a few repairs and also did a full detail.
